The 8027 slide is part of the new ULTIO range of slides. Manufactured with state of the art production methods, ULTIO slides benefit from high quality materials including professionally extruded high strength aluminium sections fitted with stainless bearings. All stainless components are fitted to provide a totally non corrosive slide. Our production capacity is market leading and we are in the process of implementing a global stock programme with our distribution partners.
Due to investments in production capacity we are able to completely revolutionise the process which heavy duty slides have been manufactured in the past. The result is an excellent slide range which reflects the substantial investment we have made with our Group Company, Sliding Systems Asia. This means very large price downs for the end user and buy on line capability.
The 8027 slide is manufactured from high grade aluminium and stainless steel, it is totally silent in operation and has a very smooth extension. There are no corrosive parts used in the manufacture and it is suitable for washdown conditions. Load rating at 600mm is 220kg per extended pair. All ULTIO slides are interchangeable with other European manufacturers whilst offering higher quality at more competitive price points.
Applications for the 8027 slides are military and rescue vehicle drawers, aircraft seating, shipborne racking and ATMs.
